**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced
**Jira Cloud Administrator**
to manage, configure, and optimize Atlassian Jira Cloud and related tools (Confluence, Jira Service Management). The ideal candidate will ensure platform stability, security, scalability, and alignment with business workflows while supporting Agile, DevOps, and ITSM teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Jira Administration & Configuration**
• Administer
**Jira Cloud**
(Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management)
• Configure and manage:
• Projects (Company-managed & Team-managed)
• Issue types, workflows, screens, schemes, and fields
• Custom fields, automation rules, SLAs, and queues
• Maintain and optimize Jira performance and usability
**User & Access Management**
• Manage users, groups, and permissions via
**Atlassian Admin**
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC)
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and license management
• Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements
**Agile & ITSM Enablement**
• Support
**Scrum, Kanban, SAFe**
, and hybrid Agile teams
• Configure boards, backlogs, roadmaps, and reports
• Support ITSM processes:
• Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request management
• Configure SLAs, customer portals, and request types
**Automation & Integrations**
• Design and maintain
**Jira Automation rules**
• Integrate Jira with:
• Confluence
• Bitbucket / GitHub / GitLab
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Monitoring tools (PagerDuty, Opsgenie)
• Manage Marketplace apps (install, evaluate, upgrade)
