**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our healthcare team. We sponsor J1 and H1B Visa Sponsorship open in DFW Area for the The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, focusing on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness. This role requires a strong commitment to patient service and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The Primary Care Physician will be responsible for assessing patient health needs, developing treatment plans, and ensuring continuity of care.
**Responsibilities**
– Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients.
– Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
– Manage patient care through effective communication and collaboration with specialists when necessary.
– Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation of patient information.
– Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding lifestyle changes and disease prevention.
– Perform minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and basic life support as needed.
– Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality.
– Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance patient care practices.
– Engage in discharge planning and coordinate post-acute care services for patients.
– Stay updated on advancements in medical practices including telehealth experience.
**Experience**
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
– Proficiency in EHR systems; familiarity with Epic is preferred.
– Experience in primary care settings with a focus on patient assessment and management.
– Knowledge of various medical specialties including but not limited to cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, psychiatry, dermatology, and pediatrics.
– Background in critical care or emergency medicine is advantageous.
– Familiarity with medical imaging techniques such as CT scans and mammography.
– Experience with interventional radiology procedures is a plus.
– Understanding of medical terminology, coding (CPT/ICD), and documentation standards.

Pay: $220,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
