**About Us:**

We are a San Francisco–based design and engineering firm providing world-class art consulting, art production, and technical solutions for global game companies. Our team has contributed to numerous award-winning IPs, including Diablo, Warhammer, Star Wars, Call of Duty, The Lord of the Rings, and Game of Thrones.

In 2020, Sensor Tower reported that our studio supported the development of several of China’s top 5 globally launched games, such as Call of Duty Mobile, Knives Out, and Rise of Kingdoms. We also helped AFK Arena achieve an 11–12% improvement in App Store conversion through A/B testing.

Alongside our art services, we are building Blueberry AI, a next-generation digital asset management (DAM) and AI-powered production workflow platform used by creative teams worldwide.

**What You’ll Do:**

As an HR Intern, you will support two major business lines:

**1. Art Outsourcing Business (Share Creators)**

– Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across 2D, 3D, Concept, Animation, UI/UX, and other art roles
– Manage recruitment emails, candidate pipelines, follow-ups, and interview scheduling
– Track and organize NDAs and other hiring documents
– Coordinate test assignments, review submissions with the art team, and support overall hiring workflow

**2. Digital Asset Management Software Business (Blueberry AI)**

– Support hiring efforts across product, engineering, AI/ML, QA, marketing, sales, and operations roles
– Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks for technical and business positions
– Help manage job descriptions, job postings, and candidate communications
– Assist with talent research, sourcing, and building talent pools for technical and SaaS-related roles

**3. CEO & Operations Support**

– Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule internal and external meetings
– Assist with cross-team communication (art, engineering, product, marketing)
– Help with administrative tasks, documentation, and day-to-day operational needs

**What We’re Looking For:**

– **Fluency in English and Chinese**
– Strong communication and organizational abilities
– Interest in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or operations
– Ability to work proactively with attention to detail
– Familiarity with spreadsheets, docs, email tools, and basic admin workflows
– Passion for art, games, design, AI, or SaaS products is a strong plus
– A quick learner comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
