**Role Description**

This role is ideal for Chinese **international students or recent graduates** who are interested in entering the real estate industry. The position starts as a **Sales & Marketing / Property Assistant role**, with structured training and a clear path to becoming a **licensed real estate agent or broker**.

The role is flexible and can be **full-time or part-time**, with remote work options. Candidates should be **based in NYC**, as occasional in-person apartment tours may be required.

**Key responsibilities**

– Provide professional real estate services to clients, including apartment recommendations and rental support
– Communicate with apartment buildings and property management teams on a daily basis
– Assist the team with property listings promotion and marketing initiatives
– Support sales and leasing processes and help build long-term client relationships
– Participate in team training and gradually take on more independent client-facing responsibilities

**Qualifications**

– Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

– Must be based in NYC or nearby

Compensation

– Competitive commission-based structure
– **Average annual earnings can reach $100,000+** with performance growth

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: Up to $1,200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
