**Role: SAP EAM Principal Consultant**

**Visa: H1B and GC**

**Experience: 14 years**

**Location: Rosemead, CA (onsite)**

**Client: Infosys/SCE**

Core Responsibilities

– **Strategic Roadmap:**
 Design and execute digital transformation strategies using 
**SAP S/4HANA**
 and 
**SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM)**
.
– **Solution Architecture:**
 Lead the end-to-end design of complex asset management processes, integrating Plant Maintenance (PM) with Finance (FICO), Supply Chain (MM), and Project Systems (PS).
– **Implementation Leadership:**
 Oversee the full project lifecycle—from business blueprinting and RICEFW functional design to go-live and support.
– **Stakeholder Management:**
 Act as the primary liaison for C-suite executives to align SAP technical capabilities with business objectives.
– **Mentorship:**
 Lead and coach cross-functional teams, ensuring best practices in SAP Activate Methodology.

Key Qualifications

– **Experience:**
 12+ years of SAP consulting, with at least 3–4 full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.
– **Technical Mastery:**
 Expert-level knowledge of functional locations, preventive maintenance, and mobile solutions like 
**SAP Service and Asset Manager**
.
– **Industry Knowledge:**
 Deep expertise in sectors such as Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing.
– **Education:**
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business.
