**Responsibilities**
Manage end-to-end
**US HR operations**
for IT staffing
Handle
**US internal hiring**
(Recruiters, Bench Sales, Operations, Finance)
Coordinate with
**recruitment teams**
Manage
**onboarding & offboarding**
for W2, C2C, and contract consultants
Ensure compliance with
**US labor laws**
(I-9, E-Verify, EEOC, FLSA)
Coordinate
**payroll & benefits**
with US vendors
Track and coordinate
**visa & immigration documentation**
(H1B, OPT, GC) with attorneys
Maintain HR documentation, reports, and audit readiness
Support employee relations, policies, and performance management
**Qualifications**
Experience in
**US IT staffing**
Strong knowledge of
**US HR compliance & payroll**
Experience working with
**offshore teams**
Excellent communication and documentation skills
