**Role Overview**

The Senior Data Solutions Manager will lead the design, development, and management of data and decision-support products—including dashboards, reports, and analytical queries—within a designated functional domain. This role serves as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable data solutions while collaborating with a Data & Analytics Center of Excellence for advanced modeling and visualization. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and thrives in fast-paced, agile environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

– Partner with business units to identify data needs and deliver actionable solutions
– Design and implement dashboards, reports, and analytics to improve KPIs
– Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure ERP data integration
– Manage data governance and ensure compliance with standards
– Lead projects from requirements gathering through delivery and adoption
– Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to demonstrate value
– Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics

**Required Qualifications**

– BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
– 7–10 years of IT professional experience (minimum 5 strong years acceptable)
– 7+ years in Data/Analytics roles
– 3+ years supporting ERP data products for Marketing, Finance, HR, or Legal functions—or direct experience in these areas within CPG
– Proven ability to improve business KPIs through analytics
– Hands-on experience with Power BI, Business Objects, and Analysis for Office
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
– Ability to deliver measurable business value through data solutions

**Preferred Qualifications**

– Experience with SAP S/4HANA (CDS Views, BTP, SAC, Fiori)
– Familiarity with SAP ECC data architecture (BW, HANA)
– Exposure to advanced analytics and data science techniques (Python, predictive forecasting)
– Knowledge of Generative AI solutions for decision-making

**Industry Requirement**

– MUST have Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) background
