Job Description
**Job responsibility:**
1.Be responsible for the financial management of the US factory, including daily expense statistics, budget tracking and financial document sorting; ensure the factory’s operations comply with local laws, regulations and corporate internal policies.
2.Undertake a small amount of customer reception work, including on-site reception and communication coordination
3.Employee Onboarding & Office Support:Organize new employee onboarding training, including company system explanation, office process guidance; provide daily office support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above; 3+ years of relevant work experience in office management, preferably with financial management experience in manufacturing factories
2.Familiar with local labor laws, especially California ,financial regulations and corporate compliance requirements; proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial management tools.
3.Excellent communication skills, customer service awareness and team collaboration spirit; detail-oriented, with strong ability to handle affairs and problem-solving skills.
4.Bilingual proficiency: English and Chinese/mandarin/ cantonese as working languages.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
