Job Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior AI/ML Engineer with 15+ years of overall IT experience, including 8+ years of deep, hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with proven experience designing, developing, deploying, and scaling AI/ML solutions in complex enterprise environments. This role demands strong architectural skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate business challenges into impactful, production-grade AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, design, develop, and deploy large-scale, enterprise-ready AI/ML solutions.
Lead the entire machine learning lifecycle: data acquisition, preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
Build, train, and optimize advanced models including Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
Define and implement ML pipelines and MLOps frameworks for scalable and reliable production deployments.
Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior ML engineers and data scientists.
Ensure AI/ML solutions meet standards for performance, scalability, reliability, security, and compliance.
Drive AI best practices, model governance, and responsible AI adoption across the organization.
Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets across multiple domains.
Contribute to AI strategy, roadmap planning, and enterprise AI adoption initiatives.
Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, research, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
15+ years of overall IT experience, with 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience.
Strong programming expertise in Python, R, and/or Scala.
Extensive experience with ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn.
Proven expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, and advanced analytics.
Strong foundation in statistics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization techniques.
Experience with Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and distributed computing frameworks.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong experience with MLOps tools and platforms: MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, CI/CD for ML.
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
Solid experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience building and deploying RESTful APIs for ML-powered services.
