**Job Description:**
**Key Responsibilities**
– Build strong relationships with business users and consistently exceed service expectations.
– Collaborate with business and technical teams across all phases of the SDLC to ensure business needs are clearly understood and delivered.
– Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements.
– Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and clarify project requirements.
– Research business challenges and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
– Drive and execute requirements management and analysis best practices.
– Develop project estimates, timelines, and resource requirements for enhancements and initiatives.
– Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring business issues.
– Define, manage, and control solution scope for assigned projects and requests.
– Support application and technical projects to ensure milestones, schedules, and quality standards are met.
– Ensure on-time delivery of projects and enhancement requests aligned to defined requirements.
– Produce and maintain high-quality deliverables including:
– Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
– Process maps and workflows
– Test cases and test plans
– Training and user documentation
– Conduct and manage project risk assessments throughout the lifecycle.
– Lead status meetings and communicate project health, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
– Support system testing, UAT coordination, and post-implementation validation.
– Maintain documentation standards and ensure adherence to organizational methodologies.
– Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.
**Qualifications**
**Education**
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience.
**Skills & Experience**
– 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Systems Analyst.
– 3+ years of experience in a Project Management or functional business role.
– 2+ years of hands-on SAP experience in one or more modules:
– FI/CO, MM, CAR, Retail, PI/PO, Hybris (S/4HANA a plus).
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
– Experience gathering and documenting:
– Business requirements
– Functional and technical specifications
– Use cases and process flows
– Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
– Experience creating test plans, test schedules, and coordinating end-to-end testing.
– Familiarity with databases, infrastructure, networking concepts, and PCI compliance.
– Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
– Experience using project and service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Clarizen.
– Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
– Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
– Retail or grocery industry experience preferred.
**Preferred Certifications & Skills**
– PMP, PMI, or SAP certification preferred.
– SAP Solution Manager experience a plus.
– S/4HANA experience a plus.
– Bilingual skills a plus (English required).
