**Remote Bench Sales Recruiter (US Staffing)**
**Location:**
Hyderabad, India ( Remote)

**Shift Timing:**
US Night Shift (EST / CST)

Typically: 6:00 PM – 2:30AM

**Experience:**
2 – 6 Years (US Bench Sales / US IT Staffing)

**Job Summary**
We are looking for an experienced
**Bench Sales Recruiter**
to market IT consultants (H1B, GC-EAD, USC) to
**US clients, system integrators, and prime vendors**
. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with
**US vendors**
, solid understanding of
**US hiring processes**
, and proven success in placing consultants on
**C2C / W2 contracts**
.

**Key Responsibilities**

– Market IT consultants on bench (H1B, GC-EAD, USC) to US clients and vendors
– Work with Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier-1 vendors
– Handle full cycle bench sales from marketing to placement
– Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with vendors
– Track submissions, interviews, feedback, and placements
– Coordinate with recruiters and candidates for interview scheduling
– Maintain daily marketing reports and submission trackers
– Stay updated with US market trends, rate cards, and hot skills

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

– 2–6 years of experience in US Bench Sales / US IT Staffing
– Strong understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, GC-EAD, USC)
– Hands-on experience with C2C and W2 contract hiring
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Proven vendor network in the US staffing market
– Experience using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn)
– Ability to work independently during US night shifts

**Nice-to-Have Skills**

– Existing direct client contacts
– Experience working with multiple skill sets (Data, Java, Cloud, QA, DevOps)
– Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools
– Prior experience working with consulting firms or staffing agencies
