Job Description

**Job Title:** SAP Support Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)
**Location:** Century Rd, Paramus, NJ 07652 (100% On-Site, 5 Days/Week)
**Pay Rate:** $55/hour on W2
**Employment Type:** Contract-to-Hire (60 days contract to hire)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced **SAP Support Specialist** to support day-to-day SAP operations in a pharmaceutical environment. This role will focus on troubleshooting SAP issues, supporting business users (Logistics and Finance), maintaining system performance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as DSCSA.

This is a **hands-on functional support role** working closely with end users and the global SAP team to ensure smooth and efficient system operations.

Key Responsibilities

– Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP system-related issues in a timely manner
– Provide day-to-day SAP support to Logistics, Sales Operations, and Finance teams
– Collaborate with the Global SAP team to resolve technical or system issues
– Develop SAP reports and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
– Train end users and create user documentation and manuals
– Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance activities
– Ensure SAP master data integrity and accuracy
– Support compliance requirements within a regulated pharmaceutical environment
– Assist leadership with additional operational and system support tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
– **SAP Super User experience is required**
– Minimum **3+ years of SAP experience in a pharmaceutical environment**
– **Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) experience required**
– Prior experience working in a **highly regulated industry (pharma/biotech/life sciences)**
– Strong understanding of business processes related to logistics, supply chain, or finance
– Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Strong communication and user support abilities

Compensation & Benefits

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked as an SAP Super User or SAP Analyst within a pharmaceutical or life sciences company and has supported logistics, supply chain, or finance operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Pay: $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
