We are hiring a full-time Seafood Department Manager Trainee to develop into a future department leader. OPT/H1B Sponsor Available

No prior seafood experience is required — we provide hands-on training. We are looking for someone who is responsible, hardworking, and willing to grow from the ground up.

Responsibilities

– Assist with daily seafood processing and preparation
– Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance
– Monitor inventory and restock products
– Support merchandising and product display
– Provide customer service and product recommendations
– Learn cost control and department performance tracking

Qualifications

– No prior experience required (training provided)
– Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle seafood products
– Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
– Responsible, detail-oriented, and dependable
– Chinese speaking preferred but not required
– Ability to work full-time on-site in Raleigh, NC
