**Practice Details**
Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, Wisconsin is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our well-established inpatient practice at our Marshfield Children’s Hospital. The ideal candidate is one that is eager to participate in a multi-specialty group practice that provides patient-centered care rooted in evidence-based medicine. Neonatologists work a rotation of both day and night shifts seeing an average daily census of 16 patients in partnership with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners as a team. Schedule consists of 24/7 onsite coverage. Transfers are accomplished with our in-house NICU transport team. The NICU has been a participating member of the Vermont Oxford Network since its inception. There is a total of 160 12-hour shifts (1920 annual hours) required for each 1.0 FTE for physicians.
**Compensation Package**
