**Overview**
We are offering an HRIS Analyst (Oracle HCM) Training & Placement Program designed for professionals who want to build or advance their careers in Oracle HCM Cloud and enterprise HR technology environments within the U.S. market.
This program provides hands-on exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud modules, HRIS systems, and HR business processes, enabling participants to support system implementations, configuration, reporting, and HR digital transformation initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
– Provide functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules
– Gather, analyze, and document HR business requirements and translate them into system solutions
– Assist in Oracle HCM implementation, configuration, and enhancements
– Support HR processes including core HR, payroll, benefits, talent management, and onboarding
– Create and maintain documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and user guides
– Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution
– Support data validation, reporting, and workforce analytics using HRIS tools
– Assist with integrations between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems
– Collaborate with HR teams, IT teams, and external vendors during project execution
– Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with HR policies and regulations
