ABA Connect is dedicated to providing the very best evidence-based ABA therapy, and we do so while having fun! Our play-based approach incorporates preferred activities and positive reinforcement to honor each child’s individuality and keep them engaged during therapy. We practice Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) within a naturalistic clinic setting. In addition, providing regular caregiver training and support services helps clients and their families accomplish the goals that are most important to them. Our customized programs make learning exciting for both the client and our therapists.

Our Team:
Our success rests on the shoulders of our exceptional board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) and registered behavior technicians (RBTs). Our BCBAs hold advanced degrees in applied behavior analysis or related mental health programs, while many RBTs actively pursue BCBA certification, some through our apprenticeship program.

BCBA/BCaBA Apprenticeship Program:
The ABA Connect apprenticeship program offers supervision students the opportunity to fulfill the required 2,000 hours for BCBA (1,200 unrestricted/800 restricted) or the 1,300 hours for BCaBA. The program involves monthly assignments and regular evaluations tied to the “Supervision Experience Checklist” self-assessment based on the BCBA/BCaBA’s 5th Edition Task List. The apprenticeship typically lasts 20 months for those who average 100 hours per month and up to two years for those taking a more gradual approach. To qualify, participants must be in a BCBA or BCaBA program, maintain good standing with the company, and secure approval from their clinic director.
