Location: Remote (Open to EST, CST, or PST Time Zones)

Visa: USC, GC, H1B transfer, EAD

Job Type: W2/Fulltime

Experience: Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle CX Cloud implementations

Job Description: As part of our growing Oracle CX Cloud practice, we are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle CX Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background with hands-on expertise in multiple Oracle CX modules and a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and conduct discovery sessions and workshops with Oracle CX Cloud users across Sales, CPQ, Subscription Management, Service Logistics, and Maintenance Cloud.
* Gather and document business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
* Perform functional configurations and setups within Oracle CX Cloud modules.
* Lead CRP (Conference Room Pilots), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), SIT (System Integration Testing), and production cutover planning.
* Mentor and guide offshore Oracle CX Cloud developers on implementation and customization tasks.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of project milestones.
* Prepare end-user training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide post-go-live support as needed.
* Provide best-practice guidance to improve customer experience workflows and digital engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle CX Cloud, including CPQ, Subscription Management, Service Logistics, or Maintenance Cloud.
* Strong experience in business process analysis, functional design, and system configuration.
* Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders.
* Proven ability to lead CRP, UAT, SIT, and production cutover.
* Ability to train end-users and create functional documentation and manuals.
* Experience collaborating with offshore teams and managing deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

* Oracle CX Cloud certification(s)
* Experience in related Oracle Cloud modules (ERP, HCM) is a plus
* Exposure to integration tools and Oracle PaaS solutions is a plus
