**π― The Role β Founding Account Executive**
This is a
**true full-cycle AE role**
, not a βclose inbound leadsβ job.
As a Founding AE, youβll own deals
**from first touch to close**
, working directly with founders to define ICPs, messaging, pricing, and sales motion. Youβll help turn early traction into
**repeatable revenue**
.

**π§ What Youβll Do****π§² Pipeline & Closing**
– Own the full sales cycle: prospect β discovery β demo β close
– Work both
**outbound and inbound**
opportunities
– Run consultative discovery to understand customersβ ad workflows
– Close mid-market and enterprise deals
**βοΈ Sales Motion & Playbooks**
– Help define ICPs, qualification criteria, and deal stages
– Iterate on pricing, packaging, and positioning
– Build early sales playbooks alongside founders and RevOps
**π€ Cross-Functional Execution**
– Partner closely with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback
– Collaborate with SDRs, Partnerships, and RevOps to improve conversion
– Support onboarding and enablement as the sales team grows
**π Metrics & Accountability**
– Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts
– Hit aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
– Use data, not excuses, to improve performance

3β7 years of experience in
**B2B SaaS sales**
β Proven ability to close outbound-led deals
β Strong discovery, demo, and negotiation skills
β Comfort selling complex or technical products
β Bias for action and ownership β no hand-holding
β Thrives in high-speed, high-accountability environments
