**🎯 The Role β€” Founding Account Executive**

This is a
**true full-cycle AE role**
, not a β€œclose inbound leads” job.

As a Founding AE, you’ll own deals
**from first touch to close**
, working directly with founders to define ICPs, messaging, pricing, and sales motion. You’ll help turn early traction into
**repeatable revenue**

– Own the full sales cycle: prospect β†’ discovery β†’ demo β†’ close
– Work both
**outbound and inbound**
opportunities
– Run consultative discovery to understand customers’ ad workflows
– Close mid-market and enterprise deals

**βš™οΈ Sales Motion & Playbooks**

– Help define ICPs, qualification criteria, and deal stages
– Iterate on pricing, packaging, and positioning
– Build early sales playbooks alongside founders and RevOps

**🀝 Cross-Functional Execution**

– Partner closely with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback
– Collaborate with SDRs, Partnerships, and RevOps to improve conversion
– Support onboarding and enablement as the sales team grows

– Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts
– Hit aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
– Use data, not excuses, to improve performance

βœ… 3–7 years of experience in
**B2B SaaS sales**

βœ… Proven ability to close outbound-led deals

βœ… Strong discovery, demo, and negotiation skills
