**International Accounts Payable Specialist**

**Location:**
West Chester, PA (Hybrid – 3 day per week in office)

Full-Time (Contract to hire)

We are seeking an experienced
**International Accounts Payable Specialist**
to support AP operations across multiple global regions, including the UK and Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and is comfortable working closely with international teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

– Handle end-to-end accounts payable activities, including invoicing, payment processing, data entry, and bank-related applications.
– Process banking payments in multiple currencies, with a strong emphasis on European transactions.
– Partner with an AP team located in India and adjust working hours as needed (starting at 7:00 AM EST).
– Collaborate with global stakeholders — including HR and Tax teams in London — to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
– Work within ERP systems such as
**Oracle Fusion**
and
**Workday**
to support AP processes and reporting.
– Ensure adherence to financial controls and international banking regulations.

**Requirements**

– Minimum
**6 years of accounts payable experience**

– At least
**1 year of hands-on experience with international banking transactions**

– Prior exposure to
**European currency and payment processing**
.
– Strong proficiency in
**Oracle Fusion**
and
**Workday**
.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.
– Comfortable working
**onsite in West Chester, PA once a week**
.
– Ability to start early mornings (
**7:00 AM EST**
) to align with international time zones.
– Professional, organized, and experienced in stakeholder-facing roles.

**A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum annual salary will be $65,000 $75,000 for this position with full benefits.**

**A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly W2 rate will be $35 for this position with limited benefits.**
