**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI/ML specialist located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The AI/ML specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models, performing data preprocessing and feature engineering, and developing algorithms to meet client needs. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting experiments, analyzing results, and producing reports to guide decision-making processes.

**Qualifications**

* Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Mining skills
* Expertise in Python, R, and relevant ML libraries and frameworks
* Experience with Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering, and Model Deployment
* Strong understanding of Algorithms, Statistics, and Data Structures
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
* Ability to work on-site in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area
* Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
* Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred
