We’re partnering with a
**venture-backed AI startup**
building the foundation for a new generation of digital creation tools. They’re embedding AI into every step of their internal workflows—transforming how teams code, collaborate, and ship products.

They’re looking for a Technical Lead who’s fluent in both modern software engineering and AI-driven development. Someone eager to lead remote teams, build systems at scale, and experiment hands-on with cutting-edge tools like
**Cursor, Claude, Windsurf, and agent-based frameworks**

**What You’ll Do**

– Lead, mentor, and manage a
**remote engineering team**
, driving high-quality execution across time zones.
– Partner with product to translate vision into technical strategy and deliverables.
– Research and integrate
**AI developer tools**
to enhance productivity and automate coding, testing, and deployment.
– Establish and continuously refine
**AI-powered workflows**
, re-architecting documentation, development, and analytics processes for agent-based ownership.
– Oversee the full development lifecycle — from architecture and build to release and monitoring.
– Implement best practices for
**code quality, security, and scalable deployment**
.
– Proactively identify technical risks and drive mitigation strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**

– 5+ years of software development experience, with 1+ year in technical leadership or team management.
– Demonstrated ability to
**lead fully remote engineering teams**
.
– Strong technical background in
**Go, Python, Next.js**
, or similar ecosystems.
– Hands-on experience applying
**AI tools in development workflows**
(Cursor, Claude, Windsurf, RooCode, MCP, etc.).
– Comfortable evaluating and adopting new frameworks and agent-based architectures.
– Strong communication skills and proven cross-functional collaboration with product and design.
– Passion for innovation, experimentation, and pushing the limits of what’s possible with AI.
– Bilingual fluency in
**English and Mandarin**
required.
