A Public Sector client of ours is looking for an Application Help Desk Analyst to work on their ongoing project in the Little Rock, AR office.

Below are the additional details of this role:

Required Skills:

We need a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in the following.

* Assisting/Supporting End Users with software application functionality
* Customer Support
* Working with end users
* Problem solving and follow-up skills
* Excellent oral and written communication
* Experience with court software
* Experience with the Arkansas Courts
* Ability to learn new systems
* Experience resolving technical problems

This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
