Job Description

Busy Dental Office seeking a General Dentist to work in our Framingham location.

Successful candidate must have excellent chairside manner, competent in Surgical Extractions and molar root canals.

Responsibilities:
– Perform dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions
– Develop treatment plans and provide comprehensive dental care to patients
– Conduct routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
– Administer local anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures
– Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) system
– Collaborate with dental specialists for complex cases or referrals

Skills:
– Proficient in medical records management and documentation
– Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and interpretation
– Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance in a healthcare setting
– Understanding of medical coding and billing practices
– Strong anatomical knowledge related to oral health and dental procedures
– Experience working with EMR systems, such as Epic, for patient record management
– Ability to work with pediatric patients and provide age-appropriate dental care
– Proficient in medical terminology related to dentistry
– Adherence to infection control protocols and sterilization techniques
– Competency in taking vital signs and monitoring patient comfort during procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $180,897.84 – $217,855.47 per year
