Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Audit and Compliance Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in risk and control analysis, compliance testing, and ADA regulatory requirements. This role involves assessing website and mobile app accessibility, developing test scripts, and documenting compliance and operational risk within the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze risk and control data to determine a risk-based scope for processes.
* Develop test scripts for control and transactional tests.
* Perform control testing and transactional testing to ensure compliance.
* Analyze compliance with complex policies, procedures, and laws/regulations.
* Document and evidence compliance and operational risk within the banking industry.
* Write and design testing questions and strategies for ADA regulatory requirements.
* Assess website and mobile app accessibility for public accommodations under the ADA.
* Communicate observations and results effectively, both orally and in writing.
* Follow direction from Leads/Directors and provide input on testing areas.
* Utilize critical thinking and project management skills to aid the ECORT testing team in completing tasks timely.
Mandatory Qualifications:
* Experience: 4 to 6 years in relevant roles.
* ADA Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with ADA requirements and their application to banking operations.
* Banking Industry Experience: Experience documenting and evidencing compliance within a large, complex financial institution.
* Control Testing: Experience with control testing, including second/third line and/or third-party consulting.
* Skills: Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex compliance issues.
