Bright Vision Technologies is on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Lead / Manager Bench Sales to join our team.
What We Want
Possessing at least 10+ years of pure bench sales experience is required.
We Are Interested In Hiring An Individual Who Can
* Oversee the complete Bench sales marketing and resource management.
* Successfully build, manage, and market the consultants on Bench.
* Source positions from the contacts and effectively place the Bench consultants.
* The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with Candidates and clients.
* Interacting with Tier one Vendors and making new vendors to the company
* Getting requirements for bench consultants from various sources
* He / She should have experience Marketing Bench candidates.
* Should have experience on different US job boards. (Dice, Monster, Linkedin etc)
* Should have strong preferred vendors list for Marketing bench candidates.
* Should have knowledge on different Tax terms like (w2, c2c & 1099) etc.
* Should have good communication skills.
* Should have closely worked on deadlines and targets.
* Identify client requirements for existing IT resources as they become available.
* A qualified candidate must have proven bench sales (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC and Citizens) experience in the US IT consulting industry .
* Must be well versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp 1099.
* Must have good understanding of US staffing business, sales and recruitment process.
Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source C2C requirements.
We are especially interested in professionals who are passionate about managing a team and building revenue.
Please note: This role is 100% remote work from anywhere in India.
This position may not be suitable for individuals who lack excellent communication skills, good direct vendors and client contacts and a proven track record of generating revenues.
