Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (H1B, etc.) to potential clients, implementation partners, and direct vendors. The recruiter should have strong experience in handling OPT, CPT, H1B, andcandidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Market bench consultants to prime vendors and clients via cold calls, job portals, and networking platforms.
* Maintain relationships with existing vendors and develop new vendor contacts.
* Submit consultants to job requirements, follow up for interview schedules, and close positions effectively.
* Track and manage submissions, interviews, and placements.
* Prepare consultants for interviews and coordinate client communication.
* Maintain regular contact with consultants on the bench and understand their skill sets and preferences.
* Negotiate pay rates and terms with vendors and clients.
Required Skills:
* 1 4 years of experience in Bench Sales recruiting (IT preferred).
* Experience working with H1B, CPT, OPT, consultants.
* Familiarity with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), and LinkedIn sourcing.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.
* Knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
* Existing vendor/client relationships is a plus.
