CARA Plastic Surgery is a leading cosmetic surgery clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our patients. We are looking for a motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Bilingual Receptionist / Medical Assistant
**Key Responsibilities:**
Hiring bilingual Receptionist & MA — Korean, Chinese, or Spanish preferred
**• Receptionist**
– Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring efficient service for all patients
– Previous experience in a similar role is a valuable asset
– Promptly respond to patient inquiries via calls and emails, building strong patient relationships
– Demonstrate confidence in providing quotes and guiding patients through procedure and treatment decisions
– Assist potential patients in making informed choices regarding surgical treatments and Medspa procedures
– Execute daily administrative tasks, including patient outreach, handling inquiries, managing phone calls, and communicating with patients via phone, email, and text
– Exhibit excellent communication skills and collaborate effectively within a team
**• Medical Assistant**
– Assist with all front and back office duties assigned depending on office needs
– Check in and room patients
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Produce and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
– Chaperone with physician in the exam room during patient’s visit
– Suture removal
– Aware of out-dated supplies & order as needed
– In the absence of follow-up patients, responsibilities include greeting and assisting walk-in patients, managing phone and email inquiries, and performing scheduling and other front desk duties
