This is a Senior level resource.

Requires – travel to Europe and in USA

* It is an onsite role and expectation is to travel Europe and
* US most likely for the plant visits and workshop since
* the client is global.

* Configuration, modelling
* Solution Design & Solution Demo
* Workshops

Job Description:

* Drive and capture the business requirements sessions with client users
* Advanced Understanding of Data Model esp. BY ESP and BY sequencing
* Experience of leading Solution design workshop for finite scheduling processes
* Min. 2-3 SEQUENCING implementations
* Create solution design for the requirements, configuration and modelling approach
* Conducting solution demo and training for the users.
* Guide the technical team on the data requirements for the documented requirements
* Fit gap analysis of the requirements and solution for gaps if possible in sequencing.
* Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
* Excellent leadership and management skills
