**Job Description:**

We are looking for a reliable Bookkeeper for timely review and processing of vendor invoices, providing clerical and administrative support to optimize workflow procedures in the accounting.

**Responsibilities**

* Maintain daily accounting duties for freight forwarding service.
* Process payment according to internal procedure compliance with regulation.
* Familiar with different platform payment methods.
* Prepare weekly, monthly expense reports.
* Coordinate and process invoice payments to vendors and make sure no discrepancy.
* Prepare documents includes arrival notice, invoice, delivery order, monitor shipment from A to Z.
* Daily administrative duties.

**Requirement**

* Proven experience in freight forwarding industry.
* Experience in accounts payable/billing/collections
* Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge
* Must be a Team player
* Proven skill of written and verbal communication
* Bilingual in Chinese/English
* Must be able to read, write Chinese.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $4,500.00 per month
