Business Analyst (Mandarin Bilingual)
Job Description

This position works closely with the Supplier and Logistic Operations , and the Customer Service Operation’s Team to track down core issues that may arise in the IT systems, operations, and/or vendors’ backend. You will assess the data and recognize the problem and/or issue. The expectation is that they then develop potential solutions to drive resolution. Solutions may include new system requirements, bug fixes, and/or changes to operating procedures.
**Job Responsibilities**
– Analyze business operations, performance metrics, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
– Work closely with product manager, marketing, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver insights.
– Develop dashboards, reports, and tools to support decision-making across departments.
– Translate data into actionable strategies to optimize customer experience, logistics, marketing, and website performance.
– Support the development of new features and improvements to our backend systems.
– Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to leadership.
– Improve results by recommending process improvements; providing continuing measurements and analyses.
**Job Requirements**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Analyst or related field Required. Master degree preferred.
– 5+ years’ of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in E-commerce
– Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
– Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
– Familiarity with Google analytics and e-commerce related experience such as Amazon/Ebay is a plus
– Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Mandarin.
– Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment
– Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese preferred. This position requires experience with offshore reams, which may require fluency in Chinese. We offer H1B sponsorship to ideal candidates.
