Job Role: Sr. Business Analyst with Banking/Loans

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid/ Onsite, Local Only)

Visa: USC/GC/GCEAD/H4EAD

Duration: 6+ Months

Pay rate: $60-$65/hr on C2C

Job Description: Project Overview: Banking and Treasury Services has a number of projects in the pipeline to address productivity issues, looking to automate manual processes and reduce risk.

Contractor’s Role: We are seeking a solid business analyst with Agile and Waterfall methodology experience to execute work on one or more of these projects.

Experience Level: Senior

Qualifications:

Experienced BA working on efforts small to large and complex

Must be able to work independently as well as with the team

Must be able to manage their time effectively

Must be able to drive work forward, and escalate as needed

Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Must understand financial industry terms

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Highly flexible and adaptable to change

Excellent organizational skills

Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies

Experience with custody payments and/or banking and loans

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating on solutions, writing test scripts, working with technology throughout development.

Assist the team with identifying risk and automating processes
