Required Skills:

Overall 8-12 years of work experience as business analyst in Retail brokerage, investment trading domain.

5+ years of business analysis experience in the implementation of BPM solution is required.

Holds Appian Analyst certification.

Strong experience working with JIRA and Confluence

Excellent Oral communication and soft skills – ability to engage with business and technical stakeholder to effectively communicate ideas, understand business expectation and front end to clarify any questions.

Must possess excellent written – ability to clearly define project requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Aware of Agile practices.

Good experience with SQL – be able to quickly write queries for perform data analysis.
