岗位职责:

1. 负责商圈区域内餐饮外卖商户的洽谈工作,达成合作关系;

2. 负责与商圈区域内餐饮外卖商户建立并维护健康稳定的合作关系;

3. 通过洽谈和日常维护,获得优惠的合作条件,并且进行用户分析,挖掘用户需求,设计符合商户的门店运营方案,促进商户交易额的提升;

4. 结合市场现状,通过数据分析制定对应的策略方向,不断提升与合作商户的合作价值,实现商户与平台的共赢。

岗位要求:

1、有市场营销、快消品、房地产,餐饮等行业销售经验者优先,也欢迎敢于挑战自己的应届毕业生加入;

2、了解餐饮行业,善于挖掘客户需求,

3、具备较强的市场分析、营销、策划、推广能力,谈判能力,沟通协调能力,问题分析解决能力;

4、具备强烈的责任感,有较强的事业心、执行力和如饥似渴的学习欲望,渴望突破自我;

5、具备从互联网角度分析问题的能力,并乐于向团队成员分享优秀的工作经验和心得。

Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for negotiating partnerships with food delivery merchants within the designated business area;
* Establish and maintain healthy and stable cooperation with food delivery merchants in the area;
* Through negotiation and ongoing relationship management, secure favorable cooperation terms, conduct user analysis, identify customer needs, and design tailored store operation plans to help merchants increase their transaction volume;
* Based on market trends and data analysis, formulate strategic directions to enhance the value of cooperation with merchants, achieving a win-win outcome for both merchants and the platform.

Job Requirements:

* Candidates with experience in sales, particularly in marketing, FMCG, real estate, or the food & beverage industry, are preferred. Recent graduates who are eager to take on challenges are also welcome;
* Understanding of the food & beverage industry and ability to identify customer needs;
* Strong skills in market analysis, marketing, planning, promotion, negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving;
* Strong sense of responsibility, high ambition, execution ability, and a hunger for learning and self-improvement;
* Ability to analyze problems from an internet business perspective and willingness to share best practices and insights with team members.
