**Role Description**

This is a part-time role for a Business Development Specialist at CBS Global USA in Southeast Michigan. Seeking a recent graduate or a student in their junior/senior year looking to gain some valuable experience. The specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as proactive communication with clients and providing exceptional customer service. ***CBS is willing to sponsor an H1B visa application!***

**Qualifications**

* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Ability to understand and interpret Chinese Mandarin
* Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in the logistics or manufacturing industry is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify, prospect, and contact potential clients needing supply chain solutions, including warehousing, storage, light assembly, repack, quality sorting, inspection, and rework services.
* Drive new business growth by expanding sales of automotive aftermarket products to retailers such as Napa, AutoZone, and O’Reilly across the US.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, presenting our services as solutions to their operational challenges.
* Assist with warehouse operations when not engaged in sales or business development activities.
* Travel to customer sites for project supervision, up to 25% of the time, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and customer expectations are met.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery to clients.
* Provide input on strategic growth initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Pay: $1,500.00 per month
