CSM Law Office represents individual and business clients before the USCIS, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and in Immigration Courts and the federal circuit courts on issues dealing with immigration, visas, green cards, adjustment of status, political asylum, and other important immigration and naturalization issues.

Role Description

This is a part-time position (full-time is possible) as a Business Immigration Paralegal at CSM Law Office located in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves supporting attorneys in preparing and filing employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, assisting with case management, conducting research, and interacting with clients.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in immigration forms for E-2, O-1, H1B, EB-2, EB-3 visas;
* Case management software, and legal research
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
* Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines
* Organizational skills and attention to detail in document preparation
* Knowledge of immigration laws, procedures, and terminology
