Position: Business Intelligence (BI) Developer/Consultant
Location: Preferably local to Seattle, WA (Hybrid or Onsite)
Type: Contract – Only W2 consultants (H1B Transfer, GC, or US Citizens)
We are urgently hiring 4 BI Developers for a high-impact enterprise project. One position is already filled — now closing the remaining 4. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic data engineering team supporting large-scale analytics initiatives.
🔹 Key Focus Areas:
* SQL Queries
* Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Quicksight, or similar)
🔧 Job Responsibilities
* Develop complex SQL queries for ad hoc reporting and long-term analytics solutions.
* Design and maintain scalable, automated dashboards and reporting systems.
* Create and support structured, actionable data sets for business stakeholders.
* Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Training, and Program teams.
* Interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.
* Simplify and automate reporting processes to maximize scalability and self-service capabilities.
* Leverage deep SQL knowledge and strong analytical skills to extract and interpret data.
* Provide actionable business insights through data modeling and statistical analysis.
✅ Basic Qualifications
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL (Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc.)
* Strong background in data visualization using tools like Tableau or Quicksight
* Experience building data models, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing solutions
* Exposure to statistical packages like R, SAS, or Matlab
* Scripting experience in Python for data processing and automation
⭐ Preferred Skills
* Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies (EC2, S3, Redshift, DynamoDB)
* Experience with large-scale datasets, data mining, and end-to-end ETL processes
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
