**Permanent (Full Time)**

**Pay Rate: $150,000 – $200,000/Yearly. Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).**

**Summary:**

– Must be Board Certified by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) by start date.
– The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) provides anesthesia services for infant, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients across the health care continuum; coordinates peri-operative patient care in collaboration with all members of the health care team.
– Reason for Coverage: Short staffed.
– Start Date: ASAP – Credentialing requires up to 90 days before candidate can start.
– Completion of an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program is required.- Board Certified by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
– Trauma Level II Facility.
– Inpatient position.

**Submission Requirements**

– Board Eligible (in final year or training)/Board Certified by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) **Required**.
– MI licenses – Nursing and Specialty License **Required**.
– Up-to-date COVID and Flu vaccinations **Required**.
– Clean Malpractice/License History **Required**.
– Does the provider require visa support – J1 or H1B? **Required**.
– DEA **Required**.
– CSR/CDS **Required**.

**Certification Requirements**

**State License Requirements**

– Michigan State License
