**Responsibilities include:**
 Provide a warm and safe environment for the children.
 Maintain the classrooms clean and organized.
 Plan and implement a theme based curriculum year-round.
 Engage the children in projects, play, music, storytelling and drama etc.
 Maintain structure and routine; teach social skills; use positive guidance, discipline and boundaries in the classroom.
 Follow state licensing procedures.
 Study and share knowledge and experience with others.

**Skill Sets:**
 Teachable, dependable and flexible and self-motivated
 Computer Skills (Word, PPT, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube etc.)

**Experience:**
 Early Childhood Education experience preferred
 Previous Montessori experience preferred

**Education:**
BA or associate degree
