**Location: Brooklyn and Manhattan**

**Salary: $23–$28 per hour (based on experience)**

**Job Description:**

**We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chinese-speaking Optical Technician to join our team. This position is open to both part-time and full-time candidates. You will play a key role in supporting our optometrists and delivering excellent care to our Chinese-speaking patient community.**

**Responsibilities:**

* **Assist in eye exams and prepare patients for the doctor**
* **Conduct preliminary testing and accurately record patient data**
* **Help patients select frames and lenses, and educate them on lens options**
* **Perform basic lens fitting, repairs, and adjustments**
* **Ensure cleanliness and organization of optical equipment and displays**
* **Provide outstanding customer service in both English and Chinese**

**Requirements:**

* **Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)**
* **Previous optical or medical experience preferred**
* **Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset**
