**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Chinese-speaking Optical Technician** to join our team. This position is open to both part-time and full-time candidates. You will play a key role in supporting our optometrists and delivering excellent care to our Chinese-speaking patient community.

**Responsibilities:**

* Assist in eye exams and prepare patients for the doctor
* Conduct preliminary testing and accurately record patient data
* Help patients select frames and lenses, and educate them on lens options
* Perform basic lens fitting, repairs, and adjustments
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of optical equipment and displays
* Provide outstanding customer service in both English and Chinese

**Requirements:**

* **Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)**
* Previous optical or medical experience preferred
* Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
