A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Contact Center Engineer to work on their ongoing project in the Lansing, MI office.
Below are the additional details of this role:
Required Skills:
* Knowledge of Nice InContact CXone (ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, OMNIChannel, WFM, Studio, Interaction Analytics, POCs & Auto Attendant) [5+ years of experience]
* NICE CXOne Studio experience [3+ years of experience]
* Ability to program in one or more of the following software languages: C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python [4+ years of experience]
* Ability to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot webservice API calls [5+ years of experience]
This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
