Job Description
A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Contact Center Engineer (NICE CXOne) to work on their ongoing project in the Lansing, MI office.

Required Skills:
We need a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in the following.
* Knowledge of Nice InContact CXone (ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, Omnichannel, WFM, Studio, Interaction Analytics, POCs & Auto Attendant)
* NICE CXOne Studio experience
* Ability to program in one or more of the following software languages: C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python
* Ability to develop, maintain, and troubleshoot webservice API calls
This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
