Role Description

Innovate and design function business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet business process and function requirements. Work closely with the business process owners to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive process efficiency. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Responsibilities

* Create campaigns and cohesive deliverables for a variety of channels.
* Lead and inspire the creative team to deliver dynamic, effective campaign deliverables.
* Weave in key audience insights and marketing strategy and understand deliverables’ role in a marketing ecosystem.
* Lead projects from concept to delivery.
* Present and validate concepts, copy and design.
* Deliver assignments on time while consistently meeting quality standards.
* Listen, understand, prioritize and translate client situation, marketing goals and information into creative and strategic concepts, messaging and deliverables.
* Actively build the team relationships to establish confidence, collaboration and growth.
* Provide agile solutions and strategic recommendations to meet unique teaming partnership dynamic and condensed timeline and production budget.
