Job Description

A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work on their ongoing project in the Tallahassee, FL office.

Below are the additional details of this role:

Required Skills:

* Ability to speak and understand English
* High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
* Experience in a professional work environment
* Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
* Comfortable using computers.
* Experience working with customer support a plus
