**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a **Data Analyst** to join our team and help drive customer success by building out better processes and supporting our user base. In this role, you will work primarily with our merchant catalog and improve the user purchase experience. As a member of a fast-paced startup, you will wear many hats and have the opportunity to grow professionally while tackling a variety of responsibilities and challenges.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Analyze multiple data sources to uncover actionable insights from unclean data.
* Identify trends and patterns to create reports and dashboards for cross-functional teams.
* Optimize user engagement with the merchant catalog and enhance the browsing experience.
* Research and improve the overall shopping and purchase experience for users.
* Conduct tests on merchant purchasing flows to identify potential pain points.
* Own and improve search results by enhancing keyword tagging for merchants.

**Required Qualifications:**

* 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* 1–3 years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
* 1–3 years of experience with R or Python for data analysis.
* Ability to create detailed processes based on practical, real-world use cases.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* A demonstrated sense of urgency in a professional environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (or currently in the last semester of the degree).

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience with Hubspot, Product Messaging, and Product Analytics.
* Knowledge of Graph Databases and Cypher is a plus.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
