Position: Senior Data Analyst
Location: Remote (United States)
Visa Status: GC, GC EAD, H1B Transfer, L2, H4 EAD, TN.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and enhance advanced dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and actionable data points that drive business strategies.
* Work closely with business leaders to provide data-driven insights that inform decision-making and strategy development.
* Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data, while adhering to data governance and compliance protocols.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective data-driven solutions.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on best practices in data analysis and management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
* Expertise with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other data analysis tools.
* Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
* Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
* Experience with data governance, data security, and compliance protocols.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
