Job Description

**Typical Duties**

* Lead the analytics team in developing data-driven insights to improve business processes, deliver financial benefits, and enhance the customer shopping experience
* Supervise and coach team members, providing performance feedback and guidance
* Support the e-Commerce team in achieving $90M in savings
* Provide Power BI support to over 19 workspaces and 5,000 users
* Own data architecture for Pickup Reporting by consolidating datasets, reducing tech debt, and enhancing user experience through insightful reporting and KPIs
* Partner with KTD to build out the Fulfillment Data Platform (FDP) and adapt reporting for the gold layer rollout
* Measure and align projects with the “Every Customer, Every Time” strategy for successful implementation
* Establish and maintain relationships with division leadership to understand and define current and future work processes
* Facilitate working sessions to develop current/future state work processes
* Partner with Training and Development to create training modules that align with standards
* Consult with business specialists to recommend potential business and technology solutions
* Collaborate with Finance and Innovation teams to document reporting needs and visualize the financial impact of process improvements
* Partner with senior leadership to understand business priorities and guide decisions
* Provide support for key applications showcasing e-commerce reporting
* Summarize and communicate analyses with best practice recommendations to business owners and teams
* Travel to divisions and stores to observe, measure performance, and summarize insights
* Provide on-call support after hours and on weekends
* Standardize and enhance Kroger’s data processes and quality
* Assist in developing business reporting, increasing data availability, and automating processes
* Problem-solve and investigate issues as needed
* Participate in all phases of system testing within an Agile Project across multiple feature and component teams
* Complete estimates and work plans in Program Increments (PI) meetings for design, development, implementation, and rollout tasks

**Requirements**

* 3-5 years of Power BI experience supporting large user bases and multiple workspaces
* Strong data architecture and reporting skills with a focus on reducing technical debt and improving user experience
* Proven ability to deliver data-driven insights that enhance business processes, financial performance, and customer experience
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning technology solutions with business goals
* Leadership experience in supervising teams and working with senior leadership and stakeholders
* Ability to work in Agile environments, participating in system testing and rollout tasks
* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data process standardization and quality improvement

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
