Job Title: Data Project Manager with risk and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee data projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Risk Assessment: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with data handling and management.

Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all data practices comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and internal policies.

Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Data Governance: Implement and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and security.

Reporting: Develop and present reports on project progress, risks, and compliance status to senior management.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with data analysts, IT, and legal teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to data projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management, preferably in data-related projects.

Understanding of risk management principles and compliance regulations.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CRISC) are a plus.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Familiarity with data management technologies and practices.
