Required:

– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
– 10+ years of experience in IT project/program delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
– Strong track record of delivering complex, enterprise-level IT initiatives successfully.
– Deep knowledge of project and portfolio management practices (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
– Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
– Experience in budget management, forecasting, and resource planning.
– Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile Coach.
– Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives, cybersecurity, cloud migrations, or enterprise application modernization.
– Experience supporting federal agencies, defense, or critical infrastructure sectors.
– Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI, automation, or advanced analytics.
