Job Description:
* Minimum of 8+ years of experience.
* Experience in a technical support role, such as Help Desk, IT Remote Support, or Systems Operator
* You demonstrate vast knowledge and experience supporting Laptop/Desktop computers, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft SCCM and Windows Desktop operating systems, software (including MS Office)
* You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal) and enjoy problem solving
* You are well-versed with IT processes (e.g., ITIL, ITGC and PCI)
* You’re a multi-tasking pro and love working on multiple projects simultaneously and juggling priorities
* You ideally have a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Sciences or relevant work experience in a related field
* Digital: Windows Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Identity and Access Management, Desktop Management – Infrastructure Services (IS), Windows Servers
* ITIL, Microsoft SSCM
